Become A Vendor

 

Calling all vendors! Magical Winter Lights is now accepting applications from vendors to appear at the festival in 2017. With thousands of guests per night, there’s no better place in Houston to spend the holidays for an event vendor than at Magical Winter Lights! Food vendors will be offered prime locations within the event in our Holiday Market Square, where two nightly acrobatic performances draw hundreds of guests a night to see performances on stage. Select openings will also be provided for approved commercial vendors to set up within specially decorated 10’ x 10’ tents (example photo below) in our Christmas Village event section, right in the heart of our festival.

We are specifically looking for vendors who offer products in the following categories:

Food Vendors

  • Specialty Drinks
  • Desserts
  • Baked Goods
  • Unique Snack Items

Commercial Vendors

  • Children’s Items (Books, Toys, Games)
  • Handcrafted goods (Jewelry, Trinkets, Housewares, Art)
  • Apparel (Fashion Items, Custom Shirts/Clothes)
  • Entertainment (Face Painting, Caricature Artist, Photographers)

Some fast facts about the festival for vendors:

  • Vendors can appear at the festival during 3 periods when we traditionally experience peak attendance numbers:
    • Period 1:  11/17/2017 – 11/26/2017
    • Period 2: 12/19/2017 – 12/25/2017
    • Period 3: 12/23/2017 – 01/01/2018
  • Vendors may select one, two, or all three of the periods as desired (discounted application price when selecting all periods!)
  • Vendor must be 100% self-sufficient (power supply, gas, water, waste removal, etc.)
